Quick and Easy Dinner

I find that sometimes easy, quick dinners are an excellent way to save money (and sanity).

Tonight I made the following:

Homemade Burritos
* 1# hambuger
* 2 cans refried beans
* 2 slices cheese

Placed in tortillas and served with sour cream and salsa.

We also had smoothies (my kids LOVE these)
* 1 cup yogurt (we used vanilla)
* 1 banana
* squirt of honey
* 2 cups frozen blueberries

Delish. Healthy. Easy.

And I have enough burritos leftovers for a few lunches as well.
